We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@anodesales.com or (956) 630-3500 with your order number.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Custom-manufactured anodes and special orders are non-returnable. Please verify specifications before placing custom orders.
